5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact support within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period or for renewal payments.

Our service monitors visibility across third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Grok). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Results may vary based on AI platform changes and user query variations.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from using our platform. AI platform responses are inherently variable and outside our control. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealerSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
